Donald K. Ludman is an associate with the firm. He concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and business related litigation, including litigation in the Bankruptcy Court and matters relating to creditors' rights.

Mr. Ludman graduated in 1996 from West Chester University with a bachelor’s degree in political science, with a concentration in Public Administration. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2000 where he served on The Widener Law Symposium Journal. After graduating from law school, he served as general counsel to the Versalign, Inc. f/k/a AmeriStar Technologies, Inc.

Mr. Ludman was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 2004 and in Delaware in 2000. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. He is a member of the New Jersey, Delaware and Gloucester County Bar Associations.

Mr. Ludman was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1974.
