Eric D. Milavsky
Eric D. Milavsky is an Associate with the firm and concentrates his practice in commercial and labor and employment matters.
Mr. Milavsky earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin and Marshall College in 2006. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 2009 where he served on the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion as Associate Editor. He also served as a Board Member for the Hon. James Hunter III Advanced Moot Court Competition.
Mr. Milavsky previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Marc M. Baldwin, of the New Jersey Superior Court, Burlington County.
Mr. Milavsky was admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2009. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Burlington County and Camden County Bar Associations.
