Janine Marie Lloyd

Janine Marie Lloyd is an associate with the firm. She concentrates her practice in commercial transactions and litigation, including litigation relating to creditors' rights.

Ms. Lloyd graduated magna cum laude in 2003 from the Roher College of Business at Rowan University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance, where she served as President of the local chapter of the Financial Management Association International (FMA). She earned her law degree with Honors from Rutgers University School of Law in 2006. While in law school, Ms. Lloyd acted as a mediator in Rutgers Community Dispute Resolution Program and advised small businesses through Rutgers' Small Business Counseling Workshop in conjunction with the Rutgers University School of Business.

Ms. Lloyd previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Michael Brooke Fisher, New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division, Cumberland County, New Jersey.

Ms. Lloyd is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute. Ms. Lloyd also serves as a Barrister in the New Jersey Bankruptcy Inn of Court, of the American Inns of Court.

Ms. Lloyd was born in Vineland, New Jersey in 1981.
