Kathie Renner

Kathie L. Renner serves as of counsel to the firm.  She concentrates her practice in land use and land development, real estate and commercial transactions.  Before joining the firm, Ms. Renner had been in private practice since 1985. In addition, Ms. Renner has served as Prosecutor for the Township of Monroe from 1987-1994, and for the Township of Westville from 1998-1999.  She was also appointed Condemnation Commissioner for the County of Gloucester and currently serves as the Solicitor for the Borough of Audubon.

Ms. Renner graduated magna cum laude with a bachelors degree in political science from Widener University in 1981.  She earned her law degree from the Widener University Law School (now known as the Delaware Law School) in 1984.  After law school, Ms. Renner served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Samuel G. DeSimone, Assignment Judge, of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Gloucester, Salem and Cumberland Counties.

She was admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1984.  She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.   Ms. Renner is a member of the New Jersey, and Gloucester County Bar Associations, where she serves as Chairperson for the Gloucester County Bar Association s American Red Cross Blood Drive.  She also sits on the Board of Trustees for the Robins' Nest, a non-profit organization, in Glassboro, New Jersey.
