Michael J. Miles

Michael J. Miles is an Associate with the firm and concentrates his practice in commercial and labor & employment matters.

Mr. Miles earned his Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from Saint Joseph's University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, in 2002. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree with honors in 2005 from Rutgers University School of Law, where he served as the Lead Notes and Case Notes Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal. He is the author of "State Regulation of HMO Physician Financial Incentives: Finding the Proper Balance Between Motivating Financial Prudence and Protecting Quality of Care," 36 Rutgers L.J. 651 (2005).

Mr. Miles previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Noel L. Hillman, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey, and the Honorable Ann Marie Donio, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Miles was admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2005.  He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  He is a member of the American, New Jersey, and Camden County Bar Associations.

Mr. Miles was born in Camden, New Jersey in 1980.
