William M. Tambussi

William M. Tambussi is a partner with the firm. He concentrates his practice in labor and employment litigation, and governmental affairs and complex litigation. He has an active trial practice in the federal and state courts in New Jersey. 

Mr. Tambussi is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has also been certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey since 1991. He serves as General Counsel to the Pollution Control Financing Authority of Camden County; Special Labor and Employment Counsel to the Camden County Health Services Center, the County of Gloucester, the Boroughs of Oaklyn, Haddonfield and Glassboro, and the Townships of Pennsauken and Monroe; and Special Labor and Litigation Counsel to the Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority. He also represents clients in the private sector, including Cooper Health System; Connor Strong Companies; Consumers New Jersey Water Company; Parson Associates Electrical Contractors, Inc.; and Lockheed Martin. In addition, he served as a member of the United States Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Camden Vicinage and a Commissioner of the Camden County Board of Elections from 1990 to 1991.

After receiving his undergraduate degree in 1980 from Dickinson College, Mr. Tambussi received his law degree from the New England School of Law in 1983. He is the co-author of "Too Strict Liability: Making Local Government Entities Pay For Waste Disposal Site Cleanup," which was published in the 1990 Villanova Environmental Law Journal.

Mr. Tambussi was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1983. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American, New Jersey, and Camden County Bar Associations.
