Abigail M. Green is an associate with the firm and concentrates her practice in commercial and labor and employment litigation.

Ms. Green graduated from Transylvania University with a bachelor's degree in 2003. She earned her law degree at Rutgers University School of Law in 2006 where she was a member of the Rutgers Law Journal and author of Doe v. Nelson, 680 N.W.2d 302 (S.D. 2004), 36 Rutgers L.J. (Oct. 2005).

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Green served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Mary Eva Colalillo for the New Jersey Superior Court, Camden County.

Ms. Green was admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2006. She is a member of the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Camden County Bar Associations.

Ms. Green was born in Louisville, Kentucky in 1981.
