Blair C. Talty is an associate with the firm.  Mr. Talty concentrates his practice in basic and sophisticated estate and tax planning, generational wealth planning, elder law planning including planning for eligibility for Medicaid and other public benefits, family business succession planning, charitable giving, tax-exempt organizations, and general commercial transactions. Mr. Talty has extensive experience in achieving the planning needs and goals of a full range of clients, including high net worth individuals, domestic partners and elderly individuals. In addition to the drafting of Wills, Trusts, Living Wills and Powers of Attorney, Mr. Talty assists fiduciaries in the administration of trusts and estates.  Mr. Talty also assists clients in the planning and implementation of lifetime transfers of property, including transfers of real estate, business interests and life insurance.

Mr. Talty graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor's degree in 1996. He earned his law degree, with honors, from Rutgers University School of Law in 1999, where he was the recipient of the Judge Edward V. Martino Scholarship in 1998. He served as Production Editor for the Rutgers Law Journal. He is the author of "New Jersey's Strict Liability for Drug-Induced Deaths: The Leap from Drug Dealer to Murderer," published in the 1999 Rutgers Law Journal.

Mr. Talty was admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1999. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Camden, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Talty was born in Toms River, New Jersey in 1974.
