Brian P. Faulk is an associate with the firm and concentrates his practice in commercial and environmental litigation.

Mr. Faulk graduated from King's College with a bachelor's degree in 1996. He earned his law degree at Widener University School of Law in 2002.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Faulk was an Assistant Prosecutor for the Burlington County, New Jersey Prosecutor's Office. He also served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Frank M. Lario, for the New Jersey Superior Court, Camden County and the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.

Mr. Faulk was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 2003. He is a member of the American, New Jersey and Camden County Bar Associations.

Mr. Faulk was born in Camden, New Jersey 1974.
