Kristy Ellen Burns is an associate with the firm and concentrates her practice in commercial and labor and employment litigation.

Ms. Burns graduated from the University of Richmond with a bachelor's degree in 2000. She earned her law degree at Rutgers University School of Law in 2004 where she was the Symposium Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Urban Policy from 2003-04.

Ms. Burns was admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2004. She is a member of the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Camden County Bar Associations.

Ms. Burns was born in 1977 in Voorhees, New Jersey.
