Michael R. Mignogna serves as of counsel to the firm. He concentrates his practice in civil litigation, primarily in personal injury matters as well as workers' compensation, real estate and land use.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Mignogna was in private practice since 1984 and  had an active trial practice.  Mr. Mignogna served as the Public Defender for the Township of Winslow, New Jersey from 2004-2005.

Mr. Mignogna graduated with a bachelors degree in political science from St. Joseph's University in 1981. He earned his law degree from Temple University School of Law in 1984.

Mr. Mignogna has served as the Mayor of Voorhees Township since 2005. He also serves as a member of the Voorhees Township Committee and Planning Board since 2003 and formerly was the Director of Public Safety in 2004. Mr. Mignogna also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Voorhees Theatre Company. 

Mr. Mignogna was admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1984. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeal for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Mignogna is a member of the New Jersey, Camden County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.

Mr. Mignogna was born in Camden, New Jersey in 1959.
