Paul Mainardi is a partner with the firm. His practice is concentrated in the areas of business transactions and business litigation in state and federal courts including Bankruptcy Court.

Mr. Mainardi graduated from Brown University in 1968. He earned his master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago in 1971, and his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in 1974.

His clients include Aqua America, Inc., Capital Bank of New Jersey, Cooperative Business Assistance Corporation, Latin American Economic Development Association, Inc., Parson Associates Electrical Contractors, Inc., SAP America, Inc., The Bank and other regional businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals.

Mr. Mainardi is an approved mediator for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, and he is a member of The Commercial Law League of America.

Mr. Mainardi was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1974. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Mainardi is a member of the American, New Jersey, Camden County, Cumberland County, and Gloucester County Bar Associations.
