Susan M. Leming is a partner with the firm and concentrates her practice in commercial, and labor and employment litigation. She also practices health care law with a focus on patient rights, medical staff issues, and policy drafting and implementation.

Ms. Leming represents employers and individuals in cases of discrimination based on age and sex, sexual harassment and hostile work environment, and violations of state and federal statutes. She speaks on various employment issues to management and human resources/personnel groups.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Leming served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Marvin E. Schlosser and the Honorable Cornelius P. Sullivan of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Burlington County.

Ms. Leming graduated from Albright College with bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Political Science in 1993. She earned her law degree in 1996 from the Villanova University School of Law where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal from 1995-1996. She is the author of "NRDC v. EPA: The Final Chapter in the Listing Saga," published in the 1995 Villanova Environmental Law Journal.

She was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1996, and in Pennsylvania in 1997. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Ms. Leming is a member of the American, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Camden County, and Burlington County Bar Associations.

Ms. Leming was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1971.
