Jeffrey R. Johnson is a partner with the firm whose practice covers a wide range of complex civil and appellate matters including commercial, construction, banking, insurance, class action, civil rights, subrogation and personal injury litigation. He also handles internal corporate and organizational investigations and represents government entities. He assists clients in resolving matters by mediation and arbitration.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Johnson served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office where he gained considerable trial experience. He also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Frank M. Lario, Jr., of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden County.
Mr. Johnson graduated from the James Madison College at Michigan State University with a bachelor's degree in International Relations in 1997. He earned his law degree in 2000 from the Rutgers University School of Law. While at Rutgers, Mr. Johnson received honors for Best Oral Argument in Moot Court.
He was admitted to practice in New Jersey and in Pennsylvania in 2000. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and United States Supreme Court. Mr. Johnson is a member of the American, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Camden County Bar Associations, and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
Mr. Johnson was born in Midland, Michigan in 1974.
