The firm's practice in the area of mortgage foreclosure actions includes commercial and residential foreclosure actions for regional and national lenders, financing companies, business entities and individuals. This practice area also includes replevins, foreclosures of security interests on personal property, enforcement of pledge agreements, and negotiation of agreements for forbearance, deeds in lieu of foreclosure and related workout agreements, and counseling banks and other creditors prior to commencement of litigation. Our firm is principal foreclosure counsel to TD Bank, N.A. throughout New Jersey.
The firm's bankruptcy practice involves the representation of secured and unsecured creditors in all phases of bankruptcy proceedings, including filing and prosecuting proofs of claim, electronic monitoring of bankruptcy court proceedings, defense of debtor or trustee actions to recover alleged preferential or fraudulent transfers, objecting to discharge of debts, prosecuting objections to the assumption or rejection of executory contracts and leases, analyzing and prosecuting objections to plans of reorganization or liquidation, and all aspects of litigation in these types of matters and in adversary proceedings in the Bankruptcy Court.
