Business Litigation

The foundation of Brown & Connery is its experienced trial attorneys and its reputation for excellence in litigation. Two of the firm's current partners are Fellows of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers. Four of the firm's current partners are Certified Civil Trial Attorneys by the New Jersey Supreme Court.

The firm handles a wide range of litigation matters and represents business entities in matters involving commercial disputes, products liability, class action lawsuits, labor and employment, personal injury, real estate and land use disputes, insurance disputes, contract disputes, probate matters, and bankruptcy and creditor matters. Our attorneys are experienced in representing clients in complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation and in working with in-house and outside counsel on a local, regional and national level.

We represent clients in litigation before state and federal administrative agencies in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and in state and federal courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We also represent clients in mediation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. The firm's partners regularly serve as arbitrators for the New Jersey Superior Court, Camden County, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
