The firm's products liability litigation is directed by a team of attorneys with extensive experience in the defense of claims related to product defects. Our attorneys are mindful of the costs associated with products liability cases and we excel in assessing litigation risks, negotiating favorable settlements and winning in the courtroom.

Our attorneys are experienced in representing clients in complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation and working with in-house and outside counsel on a local, regional and national level. Brown & Connery also has extensive experience in defending class action lawsuits in New Jersey, while coordinating those efforts with national counsel. Our attorneys have handled litigation related to claims of design defects, manufacturing defects, breach of express and implied warranties, and failure to warn related to a variety of products, including tobacco products, blood products, medical devices, industrial equipment and machinery, and consumer products.

Our litigation expertise extends beyond trial and through the appellate process as many of our attorneys have successfully prosecuted and defended product liability appeals in the state and federal appellate courts.
